21st Austria weekly - ATX drops below 2900, Österreichische Post with massive Friday performance on top (11/08/2019)

Another not so nice week for our ATX with News from Andritz, Polytec, Lenzing, voestalpine, RBI, Palfinger, S&T, Austrian Post and Rosenbauer Group. Big winner was Österreichische Post while Bawag and especially voestalpine reached new Lows.

BSNgine weekly Spitout: The ATX down -1,84% to 2.892,4 points this week. Year-to-date the ATX is now at 5,34%. Up to now there were 78 days with a positive and 76 with a negative gain. From the year-high we are 12,39% away, from the low 5,34%. Statistically the best weekday so far 2019 is Friday with 0,27%, the weakest is Thursday with -0,24%.

These are the best-performers this week: Österreichische Post 7,33% in front of EVN 4,32% and Marinomed Biotech 3,14%. And the following stocks performed worst: SBO -10,11% in front of voestalpine -9,39% and Bawag -5,03%.

Further highlights this week: Strabag for 4 days in a row up (2,69% gain from 27,9 to 28,65), also EVN 3 days up (5,95% gain from 14,12 to 14,96), Uniqa 3 days up (3,48% gain from 7,91 to 8,19), voestalpine 3 days down (7,07% loss from 22,21 to 20,64).

Best-performers year-to-date as of now: Verbund 43,8% (last year: 84,86 percent) followed by Warimpex 35% (last year: -30,07 percent) and S Immo 33,43% (last year: -9,97 percent). And the worst-performing stocks year-to-date: FACC -24,09% (Vorjahr: -23,49 percent), followed by voestalpine -20,92% (Vorjahr: -47,64 percent) and Andritz -17,75% (Vorjahr: -14,79 percent).

High above the MA200: Verbund 23,86%, S Immo 9,59% and Flughafen Wien 9,27%.
Down under the MA200: FACC -26,77%, voestalpine -23,95% and SBO -16,67%.
