Marinomed: Marinomed Biotech AG, a globally operating biopharmaceutical company, announces record preliminary revenues for 2020 and confirms its financial outlook (strong increase in sales; net-loss for the year). The Company closed the year with revenues of Euro 8.1 mn (2019: Euro 6.1 mn), an all-time high and an increase of 33%, a gain of 55% compared to 2019’s revenues adjusted for an extraordinary effect from a licensing contract (2019 adjusted: Euro 5.2 m). The comparison reflects the effect of the strong demand for the Carragelose®-based antiviral portfolio driven by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.

Agrana: The Supervisory Board of Agrana Beteiligungs-AG appointed Markus Mühleisen  to the position of CEO of Agrana Beteiligungs-AG for a period of three years with effect from 1 June 2021. Originating from Düsseldorf (Germany), this manager succeeds Johann Marihart, whose mandate as CEO was today extended by a period of three months and who will enter retirement on 31 May 2021. Mühleisen will be responsible for the areas of communication, strategy, human resources and business policy, among others.

S Immo, Immofinanz: Aggregate Holdings, the Germany-focussed property investment company, announced that it has acquired non-controlling minority stakes in two listed Austrian real estate companies with significant exposure to Germany and the DACH region, in line with Aggregate's stated strategy of acquiring undervalued real estate assets privately or through the public markets. Aggregate has acquired joint control over a 9.03% stake in S Immo AG, the Vienna-listed real estate company focussed on capital cities across Germany and Austria. The S IMMO portfolio comprises of c.70% commercial properties and c.30% residential properties, with c.70% of the portfolio located in Germany. Additionally, S Immo has a c.6% strategic minority stake in CA Immobilien. As publicly stated on 20 January 2021, Aggregate confirmed that it may be considering a potential acquisition of a stake in CA Immo, which may also include launching a partial takeover offer for shares in CA Immo in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Takeover Act (ÜbG). There is no certainty that any such acquisition in relation to CA Immo will proceed, nor as to the terms and conditions thereof. Simultaneously, Aggregate has also acquired joint control over a 10.54% stake in Immofinanz, the Vienna-listed real estate company focussed on major office locations in Germany and capital cities in Central and Eastern Europe. Office properties account for c.60% of the portfolio, with retail properties accounting for the remaining portion of the portfolio. The transaction is subject to approvals which are customary in these types of transactions.

Atrium: Atrium European Real Estate Limited, a leading owner, operator and redeveloper of shopping centres and retail real estate in Central Europe, announced that it has priced Euro 300 mn inaugural green bond offering due 5 September 2027 under its EMTN Programme (the "New Green Notes"). The New Green Notes are issued by Atrium Finance Issuer B.V. and are guaranteed by Atrium.
