21st Austria weekly - A strange week for ATX TR with Downs, Ups and a Record: OMV very strong (25/09/2021)

A strange week: First Chinese Evergrande brought out bearish moods, then our Index Heavyweights created a new ATX TR High. News came from Andritz (3), Bawag, Vienna Insurance Group, Fabasoft, Marinomed, Valneva, Uniqa.

BSNgine weekly Spitout: The ATX TR up 0,99% to 7.296,97 points this week. Year-to-date the ATX TR is now at 33,49%. Up to now there were 119 days with a positive and 68 with a negative gain. From the year-high we are 1,19% away, from the low 33,49%. Statistically the best weekday so far 2021 is Monday with 0,31%, the weakest is Friday with -0,05%.

These are the best-performers this week: DO&CO 5,02% in front of OMV 4,82% and Bawag 3,82%. And the following stocks performed worst: AT&S -7,26% in front of voestalpine -5,88% and Porr -4,04%.

Further highlights this week: Agrana for 4 days in a row up (2% gain from 18,04 to 18,4), also Immofinanz 4 days up (3,58% gain from 20,12 to 20,84), RBI 4 days up (5,64% gain from 20,94 to 22,12), VIG 3 days up (2,27% gain from 24,2 to 24,75), Strabag 3 days up (2,95% gain from 39 to 40,15), Österreichische Post 3 days down (1,32% loss from 37,8 to 37,3).

Best-performers year-to-date as of now: Addiko Bank 56,57% (last year: -39,24 percent) followed by OMV 56,12% (last year: -34,11 percent) and Erste Group 47,39% (last year: -25,69 percent). And the worst-performing stocks year-to-date: Flughafen Wien -2,46% (Vorjahr: -19,34 percent), followed by Marinomed Biotech -1,68% (Vorjahr: 19 percent) and Mayr-Melnhof 2,18% (Vorjahr: 37,96 percent).

High above the MA200: Erste Group 21,13%, Bawag 19,29% and OMV 18,82%.
Down under the MA200: Polytec Group -12,49%, SBO -6,13% and voestalpine -6%.
