Pierer Mobility: The Regional Court of Ried im Innkreis has confirmed the restructuring plans for KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH, and KTM Forschungs & Entwicklungs GmbH after the two-week appeal period expired. This means that the restructuring proceedings for the three KTM companies have been successfully completed and concluded. The respective restructuring administrators will transfer the agreed quota of 30% of the recognized claims to the creditors. Gottfried Neumeister, CEO of PIERER Mobility AG: "I am relieved and grateful that we have finally been able to close this difficult chapter. Our focus is now on ramping up production at the end of July and realigning the group. Pierer Mobility: weekly performance: 5.33%

Vienna Airport: Growth in the month of May 2025: Total passenger volume in the entire Vienna Airport Group (Vienna Airport, Malta Airport and Kosice Airport) rose by 3.7% from the prior-year level to 3,884,572 travellers, whereas Vienna Airport reported a 2.0% increase year on year to 2,900,976 passengers. Flughafen Wien: weekly performance: -0.37%

Kapsch TrafficCom: Kapsch TrafficCom announced the successful bids for the operation of two Traffic Management Centers (TMCs) in New York State. Kapsch TrafficCom began the operations for both contracts having onboarded a total of 23 new team members - 17 in Rochester and six in Hornell. Both contracts include a three-year base period with two one-year options, for a total of five years. With these two additions, Kapsch TrafficCom now operates seven TMCs across the United States, including two in Missouri, two in California, and one in Texas. Kapsch TrafficCom's TMCs monitor highways and roadways, alerting authorities and motorists about hazards, construction, accidents, and disabled vehicles. Utilizing advanced CCTV and Variable Message Sign (VMS) systems, incidents are recorded into the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), generating comprehensive reports on roadway conditions, mobility, and transportation.
