A1 Telekom Austria: A1 Telekom Austria Group closed the third quarter of 2021 with another strong performance, demonstrated in growing service revenues across all the segments. Solid trends from prior quarters continued, with still- present great demand for mobile WiFi routers and high-bandwidth products, as well as solution and con- nectivity services. Group total revenues increased by 5.5 % to Euro 1,205.2 mn in third quarter almost entirely driven by service revenue growth in all mar- kets, both in the mobile and the fixed-line businesses. Group EBITDA adjusted for restructuring expenses increased by 8.4% to 501.3 mn. Net result for the third quarter was Euro 181.0 mn (Q3 2020: 142.6 mn). CEO Thomas Arnoldner,  A1 Telekom Austria Group, on the highlights of the third quarter of 2021: "We closed the third quarter of 2021 with another strong performance, with service revenues growing across all segments. The solid trends of previous quarters continued, with roaming revenues slowly returning due to increased travel, but at the same time well below pre-Covid levels. In the third quarter, we continued to benefit from strong demand for mobile Wi-Fi routers, high bandwidth products and digital business solutions. Ongoing efficiency improvements also contributed to the positive result. With our digital infrastructure, which we are rapidly expanding, business and society can successfully exploit the potential of digitalization. In this way, we are creating the basis for innovation and are a key enabler for a green and digital transformation." Based on the strong operational trends, the group is raising the outlook for the full year 2021 and now expect a group total revenue growth of 3 to 4% (previous: +2-3 %).

Kapsch TrafficCom: The Supervisory Board of Kapsch TrafficCom AG has mutually agreed with André Laux, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company, on an early termination of his mandate as a member of the Executive Board, which runs until 2024. Georg Kapsch (CEO) takes over the sales agendas from Mr. Laux and will thus be responsible for all sales regions. Andreas Hämmerle (CFO) is additionally responsible for supply chain management including manufacturing. With immediate effect, the Executive Board of Kapsch TrafficCom consists of Georg Kapsch (CEO), Andreas Hämmerle (CFO), and Alfredo Escribá (CTO).

Marinomed: Marinomed Biotech AG, a globally operating biopharmaceutical company, announced today a new collaboration and licensing agreement with Luoxin Pharmaceutical Group, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in China. Luoxin Pharmaceutical will further develop and commercialize Budesolv for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Budesolv, a new formulation of the glucocorticoid budesonide, is the first medication originating from Marinomed’s proprietary Marinosolv platform. Budesolv has successfully completed a pivotal Phase III clinical study, necessary for marketing authorization in Europe. The agreement to commercialize Budesolv in Greater China, is Marinomed’s important next milestone on the communicated development path of the Marinosolv technology platform. Under the terms of the agreement, Marinomed will receive an upfront payment of USD 2 million, however, due to legal and corporate finance advisory fees with limited impact on current year’s profit and loss statement. Depending on the achievement of specified development, regulatory and commercial milestones, Marinomed is eligible to receive double-digit million US-Dollar milestone payments as well as royalties on Budesolv sales in Greater China.
