Die RCB lässt sich bei FACC nicht lumpen: "FACC initiated at BUY, TP EUR 10.00 - Ready to take off
- Forecast dynamic sales growth from EUR 547.4 mn in FY 2013/14 to EUR 720 mn in 2016/17e with a CAGR of almost 8% based on an order backlog of EUR 4.2 bn.
- Sales estimated to increase to EUR 587 mn in 2014/15e by some 7% yoy and to EUR 632 mn for 2015/16e by some 8% yoy, primarily driven by the Interiors segment, in turn related to the ramp-up of production for large aircrafts (A320 family, A350 XWB, SSJ 100)
- EBIT expected to grow modestly to approx. EUR 42.8 (from EUR 41.9 mn in FY 2013/14) due to increased amortization for balanced development expenses, but more expressed to EUR 56.3 mn in 2015/16e due to learning curve effects and economies of scale
- Net profit to stay rather flat in 2014/15e yoy amounting to EUR 28.7 mn (compared to EUR 28.9 mn in 2013/14), but to hike to EUR 38.4 mn in 2015/16 due to the better EBIT
- 12-month (cum-dividend) target price amounting to EUR 10.0 based on a mixed valuation with peer-group multiples (P/E and EV/EBIT) and DCF
- Initiation of coverage with a BUY rating based on an upside potential of some 20% of our 12-month target price to the closing price of EUR 8.30 as per August 5, 2014"
