Immofinanz: Austrian based real estate company Immofinanz presents its new residential brand On Top Living at MIPIM, the world's biggest real estate fair in Cannes. Under this brand, Immofinanz will provide its tenants with up to 12,000 smart and sustainable apartments at affordable prices in the medium term. This complements the company's portfolio with another strong brand, after its successes with the flexible offices myhive, with the retail parks Stop Shop, and with the shopping centers of VIVO.

Valneva: Valneva, a specialty vaccine company, announces that its Supervisory Board has renewed the term of office of the Company’s Management Board members for an additional three years starting at the end of the Company's June 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The current terms of Thomas Lingelbach, President & Chief Executive Officer, Franck Grimaud, “Directeur Général and Chief Business Officer, Peter Bühler, Chief Financial Officer, Juan Carlos Jaramillo, Chief Medical Officer, and Frédéric Jacotot, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary are expiring upon the AGM.

OMV: Austria's oil, gas and chemical company OMV said it aims to become carbon neutral by 2050 at the latest as it shifts away from producing oil and gas to making speciality chemicals, plastics and sustainable fuels. The company expects a clean current cost of supplies (CCS) operating result of at least Euro 6 bn euros by 2030, the same level as record earnings last year. The company said it is targeting an increase in the production of sustainable fuels and chemical raw materials to 1.5 mn tonnes per year by 2030, including 700,000 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel.
