Palfinger: Revenue of lifting solutions provider Palfinger amounted to Euro 1,039.0 mn in the first half of 2022 against Euro 884.1 for the same period in the previous year. This represents an increase of 17.5 percent and reflects not only the high market demand for Palfinger products, but also the increased sales prices and exchange rate effects. EBITDA fell by 10.5 percent compared to the 1st half year 2021 to Euro 119.5 mn. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) fell from Euro 92.1 mn in the 1st half year 2021 to Euro 80.2 mn due to cost increases and the deferred effect of price increases. The consolidated net result amounted to Euro 39.2 mn as against Euro 55.7 mn as of June 30, 2021.
Palfinger: weekly performance: 5.66%

Andritz: International technology group Andritz saw very favorable business development in the second quarter of 2022. At just under 2.2 bn euros, order intake was significantly higher than the good previous year’s reference quarter, the order backlog reached a new record level of just under 9.9 bn euros. Revenue of the group in the first half of 2022 amounted to Euro 3,317.0 mn and increased by 9.6% compared to the previous year’s reference period. In the first half of 2022, the net income amounted to Euro 167.2 mn compared to 136.7 mn in previous years period. For 2022 as a whole, Andritz confirms the financial guidance published when the results for the first quarter of 2022 were announced and, from today’s perspective, expects an increase in revenue as well as in EBITA and net income compared to the previous year.

ams Osram: ams Osram, provider of optical solutions, reported inancial results. First half group revenues were Euro 2,429 mn, compared to Euro 2,521 for the same period 2021. The adjusted group result from operations (EBIT) for the first half was Euro 230 mn or 9% of revenues compared to Euro 251 mn or 10% for the same period 2021. For the third quarter 2022, ams Osram expects group revenues of Euro 1,150 to 1,250 mn and an expected adjusted operating (EBIT) margin of 6 to 9%,
AMS: weekly performance: -5.88%

Rosenbauer: Dieter Siegel will step down as CEO of the manufacturer of systems for firefighting and disaster protection Rosenbauer Group. As of August 1, 2022, Sebastian Wolf will take over as the new CEO. He has worked for the Group since 2008 and will continue to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer.
