Marinomed: Marinomed Biotech AG announced that it has been the victim of cybercrime, which resulted in an outflow of funds of approximately EUR 677,000 through a transfer to third parties outside the European Economic Area. The Company has filed criminal charges with the relevant investigating authorities, is working with external advisors to fully clarify the matter, and is checking whether the Company's insurance policies will cover any potential damages. Efforts to reverse the transfer or to block the transferred funds at the recipient bank have so far been unsuccessful. At this point in time, the Management Board considers the Company's liquidity to be secured.
