FACC: At this week's Paris Airshow, the leading trade fair for the international aviation industry, FACC signed new cooperation agreements with international industry giants. The order backlog grows to a volume of over 6 billion US-Dollars. During the trade fair, FACC was able to successfully conclude a contract extension with the leading engine manufacturer Rolls-Royce. Thanks to new cooperations with Tata Advanced Systems Limited and Kineco Aerospace, the global footprint in India will also be further expanded. All major aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Collins, COMAC, Embraer, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce rely on the expertise of the Austrian aviation specialist. With these partnerships, FACC is excellently positioned for the coming years. FACC: weekly performance:
Kontron: As already announced on May 14, 2025, Kontron and congatec have started a manufacturer cooperation for Computer-on-Modules (COM) and have entered into talks about congatec's equity investment in jumptec. For reasons of efficient transaction design, congatec filed a cartel notification in Germany and Austria last week, although no final agreement and contract documentation has yet been reached. If the implementation is successful, congatec will acquire a majority stake in JUMPtec and Kontron America Modules, LLC. Kontron could probably realize a profit in the higher double-digit million range as part of the deconsolidation. The exact amount cannot yet be estimated at the current stage of negotiations. JUMPtec generated approximately EUR 90 million in 2024. The finalisation of the contract negotiations could be expected in the next few weeks. Kontron: weekly performance:
EVN/Strabag: Utility company EVN and construction group STRABAG have finalized the transaction agreements for the sale of significant parts of EVN’s international project business to STRABAG and signed the share purchase agreement. This is based on the agreement on the key terms of the transaction reached on 10 December 2024. The purchase price for the shares in WTE Wassertechnik GmbH – which is responsible for the international project business segment within the EVN Group – amounts to EUR 100m. In addition, STRABAG will take over shareholder loans. The closing of the transaction is subject to the necessary approvals and consents from third parties, as well as the fulfillment of customary conditions, and is expected to take place within the next six months.
