AT&S: Austrian microelectronics manufacturer AT&S and Berlin based AEMtec, a specialist in optoelectronics and microelectronics for the medical and semiconductor industries, have agreed a new long-term partnership: AT&S will supply AEMtec with state-of-the-art IC substrates from its new production facility in Leoben, which will be used in test equipment for the semiconductor industry. This cooperation between two technology market leaders is an important step towards a robust and sustainable semiconductor ecosystem for Europe.

FACC: Andreas Ockel, Member of the Management Board of FACC AG, has chosen not to serve a third term in office and to step down from the board, effective June 24th, 2025. The FACC Supervisory Board has decided that the company will be managed by three members of the Management Board in the future. The responsibilities from the outgoing COO will be reallocated to Robert Machtlinger (CEO), Florian Heindl (CFO), and Tongyu Xu (CSO).
