Strabag: Strabag Real Estate has laid the foundation stone for the "SEED" office building in Frankfurt. On the nearly 7,000 sqm former construction site 44 in Frankfurt's Europaviertel, directly adjacent to the new F.A.Z. Tower and the exhibition grounds, a 22,600 sqm office building is being built according to plans by the Viennese architectural firm MHM architects. Ed. Züblin AG, Dir. Mitte, is carrying out the construction work as general contractor. In addition to the geothermal drilling, the two basement levels are currently being completed.
