Pierer Mobility: Petra Preining joins the Executive Board of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG as new Chief Financial Officer. She will take over the areas of accounting, tax, treasury, controlling, risk management, investor relations and IT on 16 September 2025. As a proven financial expert, she has many years of international experience in various companies. Since 2022, she has been CFO of the listed company AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, and prior to that she held the same position at the listed company Semperit AG Holding.

Marinomed: Marinomed Biotech AG resolved to increase the Company's share capital by EUR 61.607 to EUR 1.839.940 by issuing 61.607 new no-par value bearer shares against cash contributions. The issue price per new share is EUR 17,50 so that the total issue price amounts to EUR 1,078,123.  All 61.607 new shares have been subscribed at these issue terms and conditions by a total of nine investors.
