UBM: UBM Development has sold 102 of the total 160 apartments in the Rezidence Na Plzeňce project before construction has even started. In its core markets the company has sold over 350 residential units by early October, representing a 25% increase compared to the same period last year.

A special prize competition is being launched to mark the beginning of this partnership, featuring the top prize of a journey to Chengdu i.e., to the home of the pandas. This includes a direct flight operated by Hainan Airlines, a hotel stay and admission to the famous Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
