UBM: UBM Development has sold 102 of the total 160 apartments in the Rezidence Na Plzeňce project before construction has even started. In its core markets the company has sold over 350 residential units by early October, representing a 25% increase compared to the same period last year.

This includes a direct flight operated by Hainan Airlines, a hotel stay and admission to the famous Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
