Andritz: International technology Group Andritz has signed an agreement with Laroche, based in Cours, France, to acquire LM Industries comprising Laroche SA and Miltec SA, France. Andritz will take over all Laroche entities and their business worldwide. Closing of the transaction, which is subject to approval by the Andritz Supervisory Board, is expected at the beginning of 2021.
Andritz: weekly performance: 4.46%

Mayr-Melnhof: Mayr-Melnhof Karton announced to invest over Euro 100 mn in the Frohnleiten board mill. The latest production technologies in cartonboard manufacturing will increase product quality and capacities as a prerequisite for further applications of recycled cartonboard, e.g. also as a substitute for plastic. Highly automated logistics will significantly accelerate the movement of goods. „This is the largest investment that the MM Group has ever made in Austria", describes MM CEO Peter Oswald the comprehensive renewal and expansion program for the Austrian MM Karton Frohnleiten board mill in the years 2021-2022. The focus of the more than Euro 100 mn investment is on sustainability, digitalization and capacity expansion for securing the future with the use of state-of-the-art technologies.
Mayr-Melnhof: weekly performance: 1.91%

Palfinger: Palfinger, a leading international manufacturer of innovative lifting solutions and Sany Heavy Industries are currently negotiating the reversal of their cross-holding to reduce complexity. The potential transaction involves the sale of the 7.5% share in Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery indirectly held by Palfinger to a company within the Sany Group in return for the opportunity of transferring the approximately 7.5% share held by Sany Germany GmbH to Palfinger.
