Andritz: International technology group Andritz has now combined the activities, measures, goals and plans it has been pursuing for many years in the sustainability sector under its ESG/sustainability program "We Care". "Sustainability is an essential part of the Andritz business strategy and of our company culture. The focus topics and goals were selected in consideration of the areas in which Andritz can make the largest contribution towards a sustainable future. Our "We Care" sustainability program now unites all of our initiatives and efforts relating to ESG under one roof. All of our employees are committed to this strategy," says CEO Wolfgang Leitner. "We Care" takes a multi-dimensional, comprehensive and practically oriented approach towards sustainability. Andritz has set itself ambitious goals for each of the focus topics - Environment (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) principles - and these goals are aimed at making the business activities of Andritz and its stakeholders more sustainable.
Andritz: weekly performance: 0.21%

Fabasoft: In the period under review (1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021) the IT company Fabasoft Group generated sales revenue of Euro 55.1 mn. This is an increase of 7.9% compared to the previous year. Mindbreeze contributed to this total sales revenue with Euro 13.2 mn. This is an increase of 6.3% compared to the previous year. The profitability of the business was good: the Fabasoft Group generated an EBIT amounting to Euro 13.9 mn (Euro 11.7 mn in the previous year) and an EBITDA of Euro 19.6 mn (Euro 16.8 mn in the previous year). According to the company, this development was boosted by a further growth in recurring revenue from software and services from Euro 26.7 mn in the 2019/2020 fiscal year (corresponds to 52.2% of total sales revenue) to Euro 28.7 mn in the period under review (corresponds to 52.1% of total sales revenue).
Fabasoft: weekly performance: -9.55%

voestalpine: Steel and technology company voestalpine's business year 2020/21 was defined by an economic downturn of historic proportions. Even though demand for voestalpine's products rose significantly over the business year 2020/21, the Group's revenue fell by 11.4% to Euro 11.3 bn on account of economic factors. Similarly to the development of revenue, voestalpine also saw a marked upturn in earnings throughout the subsequent quarters. Given the COVID-19 crisis, the decline in EBITDA by 4% to Euro 1.1 bn was moderate. At Euro 115 mn, the Group succeeded once again in posting positive EBIT (2019/20: Euro -89 mn). As previously communicated, in the business year 2020/21 (mainly its second quarter) EBIT was impacted by impairment losses of Euro 197 mn largely attributable to two companies (voestalpine Texas and voestalpine Tubulars). The Group succeeded in substantially boosting its cash flow from operating activities to Euro 1.6 bn during the business year. Assuming that the current economic momentum will continue and that there will be no new, unexpected distortions of the market, the Management Board of voestalpine AG expects EBITDA for the business year 2021/22 between Euro 1.6 bn and Euro 1.9 bn.
voestalpine: weekly performance: -2.83%
