CPI Property Group/Immofinanz: CPI Property Group announced that it was approached by Petrus Advisers Investments Fund (PAIF), a London-based investment manager and current shareholder of Austrian real estate company Immofinanz, about increasing their ownership stake. CPI agreed to sell 2,575,000 shares of Immofinanz to PAIF, equivalent to 1.86% of the total outstanding. Notably, CPI's shareholding in Immofinanz remains above the strategically important threshold of 75%. The transaction value was about €51.9 million, equivalent to €20.15 per share. Concurrently, PAIF has granted CPIPG call options which are exercisable for up to 2 years.

CA Immo: Austrian real estate company CA Immo has completed the sale of Mariahilfer Strasse 17 in Vienna. The buyer is IG Immobilien. Centrally located on Mariahilfer Strasse, one of Vienna's main shopping streets, the property totals c. 3,600 sqm of ground floor high street retail and above ground office space. Last reported occupancy was 92%.
