AT&S: Austrian microelectronics manufacturer AT&S officially opened its new Competence Center for R&D and IC Substrate Production in Leoben, Austria. After three years of construction and an investment of more than €500 million, 420 new employees are already working at the state-of-the-art center “Hinterberg 3” (HTB3) at the company’s headquarters in Leoben-Hinterberg. In addition to the IC substrate production sites in Malaysia and China, the opening of HTB3 completes AT&S’s global research and production triangle for advanced IC substrates, which are crucial for the development and manufacturing of high-performance microchips. With HTB3, Europe now has its own capacities for research and production of IC substrates for the first time.
AT&S: weekly performance: 1.06%

Frequentis: Frequentis Defense, Inc. (FDI) has been awarded a U.S. Department of Defence (DoD) contract to deliver and validate a new remote tower system at Garrison Katterbach. The solution was built, installed, configured, and operationally tested by FDI, and will now be evaluated by the U.S. Army as a potential alternative to traditional fixed air traffic control infrastructure. This contract builds on successful operational tests of fixed and deployable systems carried out at Homestead ARB in Florida, Moody AFB in Georgia, and NAS Corpus Christi, Texas. It reflects Frequentis’ commitment to supporting the U.S. DoD with innovative, safety-critical solutions for modern air traffic control.
Frequentis: weekly performance: 2.09%
