Porr: Austrian based construction group Porr is once again cementing its leading role in rail construction by bringing Romania’s railway infrastructure up to the highest European standards. It has been awarded the contract for a major infrastructure project: The renovation and modernisation of the Craiova - Drobeta Turnu Severin - Caransebeș railway line as a design & build contract. The contract is worth around EUR 428m (RON 2.14 bn).
