Warimpex: Warimpex's latest development project, the Mogilska 35 office building in Krakow, is now fully leased. The company announced that another tenant, the international technology and consulting firm Avenga, has signed up for the building. Warimpex CEO Franz Jurkowitsch stated: "This once again confirms the growing demand for high-quality office space in the Krakow region. The city offers an attractive environment for future-oriented industries such as technology, IT, and fintech – and precisely such dynamically growing companies find ideal conditions here."
