UBM: UBM welcomes another tenant to its flagship project Timber Pioneer – Frankfurt’s first office building in timber-hybrid technology. Construction company Porr will move into nearly 1,000 m² by mid-2026, directly adjacent to the F.A.Z. Tower in the Europaviertel district. “In Germany, activity in the office sector is picking up again, and this could mark the beginning of resolving the backlog in the commercial market,” says Thomas G. Winkler, CEO of UBM Development AG. With anchor tenant Universal Investment, fitness operator Fitseveneleven and discount retailer Netto, around 12,100 m² of the total 15,800 m² have now been leased.
