Strabag: The Strabag subsidiary Züblin has been awarded a turnkey contract by Union Investment and Hines for the construction of the LOVT Vibe office building in Munich's Werksviertel district. The contract is valued at a high double-digit million euro range. The building complex will be constructed using a sustainable timber-hybrid construction method. The building will be partially constructed beneath the media bridge, which is erected on stilts, and above a subway line. This unique location places high demands on construction logistics and requires precise planning and implementation.

Vienna Stock Exchange: The Vienna Stock Exchange recorded an equity trading volume of EUR 4.94 billion in July 2025. Year-to-date, equity turnover generated by Austrian and international trading participants amounted to EUR 41.87 billion. This represents an increase of 15.5% compared with the same period last year (January-July 2024: EUR 36.26 billion).
