Happy wife, happy life! Words of wisdom, I first heard from a guy constructing and vending sailing boats. It turned out to be a running gag I use sometimes to get my way. This week made me especially proud and happy, I had the great honor to accompany my husband Martin Kögel to the listing of Voquz Labs on the Wiener Boerse. We were both working at a startup in 2000. The company grew big and failed even bigger. After that, we decided to split our professional lives. I took the enterprise route, he continued to fund and grow small companies with all the ups and downs associated. It involved a lot of work, high resilience level and pushed the boundaries of our comfort zones every once in a while. I met a lot of founders on our way, and almost everybody said it was much harder than anticipated.

So big cheers to Voquz Labs, all the founders out there who keep on fighting and their partners and families who join along. Big thanks also to Juliana Tellez Lizcano, who is ringing the bell with me on the picture, Helmut Fleischmann, Peter Rattey and the team of the Wiener Boerse to celebrate this special day with us. Just in case you wonder what Voquz Labs is doing: it helps enterprises to optimize economically the management of their SAP licenses and is implemented in 400 enterprises worldwide. Not so small anymore..."
