CA Immo: Real estate company CA Immo has successfully completed the sale of the logistics property located at Buckower Chaussee 43-58 in Berlin's Marienfelde district. The property comprises a site of around 53,000 sqm with an existing warehouse complex totalling approx. 12,000 sqm of lettable space. The asset is currently 92% let with annual rental income of € 1.2 million. The sale was completed at a premium to the last reported book value.
