Strabag: The Strabag subsidiary Züblin has been awarded a turnkey contract by Union Investment and Hines for the construction of the LOVT Vibe office building in Munich's Werksviertel district. The contract is valued at a high double-digit million euro range. The building complex will be constructed using a sustainable timber-hybrid construction method. The building will be partially constructed beneath the media bridge, which is erected on stilts, and above a subway line. This unique location places high demands on construction logistics and requires precise planning and implementation.
